Our family had a passionate dream to establish literacy centers in Guyana and the Caribbean, the first launch being in a primary school in Canje, Berbice, Guyana not far from our parents and grandmother's homes. This project is in honor of our loving parents, Umrao and Kamaldai Outram.

Our first project was to establish a Literacy Center at the Rosehall Primary School, Canje, Berbice which commenced in Q4 2024. Working closely with the school faculty, and generous local donors, P4G Foundation provisioned computer equipment, desks and chairs, books and educational games. We opened the Rosehall Primary School Literacy Center in January 2025. We will continue to work with faculty and the regional Ministry of Education to help achieve measurable student literacy goals.

Our goal is to establish a model literacy center and target select expansion in other parts of Guyana and the Caribbean.
Prepare4Growth Foundation has partnered with Brown's Harbor, a non profit organization which offers a uniquely designed supportive housing program for youth, ages 18-23, who are transitioning out of the foster care system. We offer life skills and basic CPR lifesaving training to the cohort of young adults.
Prepare4Growth Foundation offered a workshop at the Career Pathways Panel Event. This inspirational session was about Ishan and Kiran's personal journeys through school and college and encouraging students to complete college and follow their life passions. Also included was a talk about their journey from college to start TrAin, an Ai training company.

Thank you to Mark Asofsky, ASOFSKY FAMILY FOUNDATION INC and TakeStockInChildren of Nassau County, Fl for hosting "Leaders 4 Life" summer conference and for the opportunity to meet and share discussions around "Life & Leadership Starts with Purpose".
